All prices are in Canadian Dollars. For our American and International customers, your credit card company will convert the amount billed from Canadian to your local currency according to their exchange rate that day. If you would like an estimate of the cost in your local currency please see the Currency Converter on the left hand side of the page (click on American Customers).
If you select PayPal as your payment option you are not automatically directed to the PayPal website, when we receive your order we email you with our PayPal account information. Do not make your payment until you receive an email from us. You then go to the Paypal website and make the payment and we send your order out as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment from PayPal. Please make your payment in Canadian funds.
Please Note: If a refund needs to be done through PayPal there is a fee that is charged. This fee is charged by PayPal and not Cranberry Lane. So please make sure you pay the correct amount in Canadian funds.
Sometimes we need to contact you regarding your order (wrong shipping option chosen, etc.) so when checking your email please remember to check your junk mail as well in case our email gets into that folder.
We ship worldwide. International Orders (outside North America) must be paid by Paypal. Your shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout screen.
Returns
We charge a 20% restocking fee for all qualifying validated returns or cancellations or refusals once your order has been shipped.
Clearance or sale items may not be returned.
Sorry, we can not refund shipping charges on product returns (original shipping charge or cost to ship returned product). Returns must be made within 10 days. For mail orders, please contact us within 10 days from the day you receive your order.
Essential oils cannot be returned because we would be unable to resell or use for quality control purposes. If you are ordering essential oils we suggest you buy a smaller size first to test instead of a larger size because of the no return policy on these products.
Shipping (average delivery times)
Important Shipping Note: Due to fuel surcharges and cubing charges shipping costs may vary from what is quoted upon checkout. We will contact you if there are any changes in the shipping cost.
Shipping to American Military locations takes longer than what is stated below. Depending on delivery type orders can take between 15-35 business days to arrive.

Lye: All soap and refill kits contain caustic soda beads and are considered Dangerous Goods (DG), therefore are subject to an additional shipping charge of $35.00 on top of the charge to ship the parcel. Any orders including lye cannot be mailed or delivered by any postal system and must be sent by a special courier. Lye can not be sent to the US or overseas. Alternatively, we can ship you the soap and refill kits without the lye. Lye can be purchased in most grocery stores, thus avoiding the high cost of courier and the dangerous goods charge. Look for 'Red Devil Brand' in the USA or 'Gillets Lye' in Canada.
